Helloooooo
I decided to get a phone after work and i will just take the other one back and get a refund. The other thing i never liked about that phone is that it wasn't comfortable on my ear. I called Eastlink to order voice mail since i get it for free. I have a "bundle" of internet, phone and cable tv so they give you all these phone services free. I took the call display when i switched over but none of the other ones. I hate hate hate call waiting and i didn't need voice mail. Anyway that should be hooked up on Monday and the woman on the phone was telling me about her cordless phone which is a Panasonic that has a call display screen and an indicator on the handset that tells you when you have voice mail. I had a look in Radio Shack (now it's called Source) and got that one or similar. It's got a phone number memory for 50 names and numbers. The only thing it doesn't have is speed dial but you can just run through the phone book searching by the first initial. That will probably do me once i get used to it. I wonder if i can start the name entries, at least the first 10, with a number instead of a digit? I shall endeavor to find out once it's charged up.
