Argh!

Some days i really wish i could hand out hefty fines. I was standing at a crosswalk and a car pulled across my view. The windows in the front were down all the way and a BABY had it's hands on the open rim, obviously STANDING on the lap of the passenger who, i'm sure, had hold of the baby but Jesus! What's WRONG with people???? Don't they realize how easily a good bump could have that child flying right out the window????

Boy, you can get major fines for not having a kid (including a baby) in a safety seat here - is it the same there? And if so, too bad it can't be better enforced, huh? As a friend of mine says, some folks are truly a waste of skin. :)

Yes as far as i know it's illegal here to not have a child that small in a baby seat. Must have been under a year old from the look of it.

You know what the worst part of it is, should anything terrible (heaven forbid) have happened, these are the people who will scream the loudest at some great injustice and why weren't they told etc etc etc...
