I didn't receive any text messages so if you tried, thanks! I am getting the runaround from Rogers who keep directing me to their online faq which does not address my problem specifically and i don't see why they can't at least assign an incident to a support team.

That would take ownership on the part of the CSR...I'd call back and demand to speak to a supervisor, and don't take no for an answer. The squeaky wheel ALWAYS gets the grease in customer service.

I'll call again on Monday and give them an earful. All i want is them to find out if they are having the problem which i think they are. I will try again tomorrow from my sister's cell phone because hers is a different company and then i can at least eliminate that.
