(no subject)

Strange dreams last night. I was being held against my will but not very carefully so i escaped quite defiantly. Then i was walking across muddy ground but that was ok because I had a long stick attached to a small wheel which had a small mud tire on it. That was useful until i got to the main road where it was quite nice and sunny. I have no idea what happened to the car i had when i drove away from the house where i had been kept tied by the ankle with a long green hose which allowed me to get around much of the house. Don't ask. I had a lovely soup for supper last night with lots of different kinds of beans and peas. I think that must have been the problem ;) Then i woke up at 4 and had to wee so i did but then really had a hard time getting back to sleep after so i'm a bit spacey this morning.

Vindication

That post the other day about the woman suing the city for not keeping her safe from injury at the hockey game? One of the newspaper columnists today was scoffing at that one too! I think the general quote was "Oh, Puhleeeease!" *snork*

Someone i ran into thought there was going to be a high school reunion this summer, said there was a big page on Classmates.com all about it. well, no. If you log in and go to your year, there's a link but it only takes you to a page where anyone organizing a reunion can post details. Nobody has yet, nor has anyone posted on the high school alumni site. I should keep an eye on the community events section in the classified ads though, if it's anywhere it will probably be announced there.

Oh and guess what? Hallmark is creating Coronation Street birthday cards, only in the UK though. Guess who is going to be picking up some for me and who else will be buying many when she next visits? :D Not all for me, you understand. Some to keep, some to send to people, and some for raffle prizes at the get togethers.
