I haven't watched much tv since becoming a mom. In fact we cancelled our cable (we had digital cable, movie channels, full tier) about 1.5 years ago and only have Netflix and anything we download as far as movies go. There's just no time anymore. There are times I miss getting lost in a show for a half hour and other times I'm really glad I don't have it in my life anymore. The only thing I do watch is Republic of Doyle which I watch streaming from the CBC site and I have been slowly working my way through How I Met Your Mother on Netflix. I also watched the entire L Word seasons last summer. Between twitter, facebook, pinterest, photography and kids I don't get much time in front of the actual TV but I'm okay with that.
