Hijackers!

Arse biscuits! Logged into irc last night and my registered password wouldn't "take". Turns out someone on sorcerynet from the UK (on adsl) hijacked my nick. the one i've had for over 5 years! The ops from #sorcery said there was no hacking involved, whoever it was used the correct password to drop the registration and reregistered it. Thus, they were also able to take over the chat room i own!!!! I went to the ops in #sorcery and they believed my story and deleted the old 'tvor' so i could reregister it with a new password and also helped me get the channel back under my control. Luckily i had registered and set up my alternate nick as co-owner so i could get in as an op and do what i had to do. I was really upset that it could have been someone i know who figured out my password but i found out that the txplay60 i got from someone probably had a backdoor mirc trojan so be aware !!! All is well now, tvor and #flyinghorse are business as usual! :)
