Jul. 24th, 2002 06:52 pmSkived off work today. Didn't feel that great this morning but fine later. Work has been slow this week and i'm off on Friday. Will have to work extra tomorrow to make up the time to get Friday off but that's ok. Finally got the meeting set up for tomorrow afternoon for a demo that i was waiting for. Got a few photos from my sister from the high school reunion on Friday night. I haven't finished my film yet. Will do when i go to Toronto and Peterborough next month.
Most of the reunion news was friends only. Recap: It was fun! much of my crowd from school went, but then we've kept touch all along. Two from school that i haven't seen since came so was good to see them. Also saw a hand ful of classmates, one of which absolutely did NOT look at all like he did then! Would never have known him but for the name tag and i knew it had to be him then, he still has appalling handwriting! Most of the attendees spent the first half of the night walking around looking at everyone's chest to see the name tag. I wonder how many like me didn't wear their glasses! LOL! Band was ok, but mostly background ... not much dancing, everyone was too busy mingling or standing in line for the bar. The boat club was a good place to have it, they had a nice large veranda outside to stand, talk, smoke or cool off.
