(no subject)

Back at work today, with a bit more of a voice and my cold seems to have lifted a little.

Amazon has shipped my Corrie dvd, Rar!

My morning has been like a dog chasing a flock of ducks, you go after one and another one flies across your sight line so you change direction, etc... I think i've gone in about 6 or 7 different directions, one after the other with barely a breath in between and not got 10 words written down on paper. If it wasn't a database problem, it was a printing problem, or a report problem, or everyone else's problems and questions on the project with their stuff

And Damnit, i rescheduled my vacation to early November hoping that would be after the by election only to be told it would probably be end of October or early November for the date!!! Good thing i haven't got a plane ticket to worry about. At this rate it won't matter because i won't be able to get one (i'm trying to fly on aeroplan miles and that usually takes a bit of lead time to schedule cause they have very few "free" seats on each flight).

No movies opening this week that i want to see. maybe i'll get some dvd's.

(no subject)

Two or three more ducks flew by my face to pull me in more directions. I wrote down four lines this morning, not even full lines, just a "label" on each of four lines and never did get back to it what with one thing, three and six things. Am taking some paperwork home for the weekend. Don't know if i'll get to it out of sheer procrastination but even if i don't get any new stuff done, maybe i'll settle myself to typing up the notes i've been taking over the last few days at least. Even that will be helpful.

Time to go home!
