It's been quiet but nice. No rushing around to cook or organize, my sister is doing it all :) Gary even brought the pudding from home. Dad was presented with his dvd player last night so that when Mom opened her gift this morning and saw her BeeGees concert dvd, it wouldn't ruin Dad's surprise. And boy was she surprised! She's been wanting it forever.

sammantha's in about 3/4 of an hour. Haven't heard from her at all which is unusual but we'll see them soon enough. More gift opening once we get there. Santa brought me a couple of pretty tree ornaments, an almanac (that's traditional lol), a muffin tin that makes mini-loaves instead of round muffins which i had wanted, a cd and my main pressie which is a lovely sewing box, wooden with tapestry top, and it opens up to several levels so i can turf the ratty old disorganized one. So far. ;)
