He's making a list
Nov. 4th, 2004 08:58 ampopculturemadness.com has lots of lists. The one that hit the newspaper today was the list of the worst pop songs ever as voted by their site visitors. I do agree with quite a few of them lol aggghh! On that page are other "worst" lists, mostly songs but one a list of annoying singers.

There's also an article on whether Celine Dion is the devil, misunderstood lyrics, novelty songs (which frankly is missing some very important ones like the Australian ones about the Witch Doctor and My Boomerang Won't Come back, a top song if ever i heard one :) Ok, it's basically American pop culture. The
top remake songs of all time was actually kind of interesting too. Did you know Aretha's Respect was a remake of an Otis Redding tune and Barbara Anne by the Beach Boys was a remake from the Regents? I didn't know that.
Two big local craft shows on this weekend. One at the old Forum and one at Exhibition Park. Both include antiques and food. I haven't been to either in awhile and i'm sort of thinking about going to the one at the Forum. They are having craft supplies as well. I wonder if that includes painting supplies. THey are usually pretty crowded but if i go right after work it might be ok. Hmm... decisions.
