It's been a pretty quiet day. Watched Corrie which really seems to take a lot out of the day now that it's on from 8 - 10 and then from 12 - 2. Well i *could* have skipped it since i watched it through the week and indeed i slept in through most of the first part anyway. Chatted with my sweetie for a little while and then did a bit of digging through a storage closet to get rid of all the crap that's been living in there for years like a stack of those boxes that you buy quarts of strawberries in. Why do i keep them? sheesh! I rolled up some loose change, got over 100 dollars now. Am listening to my birthday pressie from Graham, a Ray Charles CD that has songs from back when he was first starting out. You wouldn't even recognize his voice! It was before it got all raspy and it's *real* blues

I put my stuff in that new purse (handbag) i bought yesterday and it seems a bit small. Well mainly i guess because i have my paperback "bus" book in it. My wallet is a fold up one so it's not as slim and flat. But i need to be able to fit the book in my purse for my daily commute. The purse looked just big enough and i guess it is but i don't really have a lot of extra stuff in it. Oh well, i'll see how we get along then. lol
