(no subject)

gramie_dee has landed, he's sent me a text but i haven't heard from him by email yet. He had taken his computer apart and left it at his Dad's for safekeeping so either he's not got it put back together yet or is sleeping. I don't want to text him as it might wake him up if he is. He's left a pair of shorts that he wears around the apartment so i shall have to parcel them off and post them today.

Edit: he's emailed me and heading off for a nap. I'm sure his bed feels as empty as mine does.

Must return the car this morning and pop off to a doctor's appointment. Lunch with Mom then over to the hospital to see Dad. She's letting me take Dad's car home for a few days so i'm not car-less which is nice :)

My best friend is moving away in less than a month. It's going to be very hard to see her go. Now i have to think of a going away present that will truly reflect how i feel and i don't think i will be able to do it. She has a painting i did last year but i may give her one of my other ones that is one of my favourites.
