Jul. 2nd, 2007 01:51 pmAt this moment in time, it's raining yet there's vast stretches of blue sky in between the fluffy white clouds. Sunshowers always make me shake my head.
I have a bad feeling my dvd player is giving up the ghost. Remember a few weeks ago it wouldn't give my photo slideshow dvd back to me without a struggle? Well it did the same thing to me today in a regular dvd. This does not bode well. I always said if i had to get a new one, i'd get a recorder or get a dvd/vcr combo with recorder. I need to get one that i can get a hack code to play region 2 dvds though, otherwise i'm stuck with playing them on the computer always.
Planned to walk over to the mall today so i can have a look at what dvd machines Zellers, the Bay and Future shop have, make a note and then have a look online to see which ones i can find hack codes for. The reason i want a vcr combo is so that i can record my daily stuff every day without using up a dvd, even a rewritable is a nuisance. I would like to record some of my old videos to dvd too.
