Look at your LJ "interests" list. If you have less than 50 interests, pick every fifth one. If you have between 50 and 75 interests, pick every seventh one. If you have over 75 interests, pick every tenth one. If you have fewer than ten, pick all of 'em. List them on your LJ, and tell everyone exactly what it is about these things that interests you so much.

Canada - Proud to be Canadian :)
Classic rock - again pretty self explanitory. I cut my musical teeth in the 70's and i've always liked a fairly wide range of types of music which changes periodically but i still come back to this genre.
foreign accents - Ever see A Fish Called Wanda? ;) Ok, not that extreme but i do love to listen to non-North American accents, being more partial to Scottish, Irish and Welsh.
Impressionist Art - My favourite kind, Monet, Manet, Pissaro, Renoir, though i also like JMW Turner who was pre-impressionist but his paintings still make extraordinary use of light and colour. My friend Denise calls it "smudgy art"
Movies - I prefer watching movies on tv to most anything else aside from Coronation Street and a small handful of other shows. I like going to movies though i don't go as often as i'd like.
Painting - I discovered last year that i wasn't half bad at oil painting though it still frustrates me that i can't make a painting look like the photo i'm using to paint from. I still can't quite get that mindset out of my head but it's getting better.
Reading - i've always been a reader but read less now that i have a computer at home. I still always have a couple of books on the go even if some get put to one side to finish another.
Tea - nothing better than a narsecuppatea
Traveling - Yay! I caught the bug on my high school trip to France and Italy and ever since i've been able to travel starting in 1993, i've been going as often as i could afford to.
York - I love the city of York, the architecture and the history. It's beautiful even when there's throngs of tourists. I haven't been there at night but the last time we were there around 6 p.m. and it emptied out considerably and was a lot more peaceful just walking around.
