Today is the anniversary of the day i came face to face with someone wonderful.

"I did get there after 1 and saw him right away waiting where he said he would be. But just as he would have spotted me and my luggage, some tourists asked him a quesiton and he turned away. Damn, i didn't want to be 6 inches away when he first saw me so i held back a minute then was about 10 feet away when we made eye contact. Then it was like something out of a movie with us clutching on to one another in the midst of a busy train station, everything really did seem to fade away around us! I just could hardly believe i was there and he was there and ... oh ... wow..."

Do you remember us briefly chatting about 'the new guy you met in the Corrie chatroom' when you and I met in Victoria? You were trying to decide whether to accept his offer of a place to stay during your next visit. :D

Couldn't have been him. I was last in Victoria in late 2003. I hadn't met Graham until after Christmas that year. There was a guy i had been corresponding with a little from another forum but he hadn't offered me a place to stay and he was Canadian anyway. Maybe we discussed this via email?

Ahhh, perhaps. My recall is dreadful, and I'll be the first to admit that. I do recall it was definitely someone in England that you were trying to decide about, and I was fairly sure it was Graham, so it was most likely email.
