Arse. Was almost spring like yesterday. The Weather Network says we're going to get 10-15 cm of snow overnight and 15-25 mm of rain and/or freezing rain. Bloody Hell!


Dont know what i'm going to do today yet. Need to get out of the place though, Just watching the last of the EE omnibus though i saw it yesterday already. This last episode aired in the UK New Year's Eve 2001 and was the episode where Little Mo flat-ironed Trevor at the end. i knew it was coming but wow, it was brutal! This whole storyline has been ugly and probably a very realistic portrayal of an abusive relationship. They've crafted and written it very well, showing Trevor getting closer and closer to the edge and Mo finally finding the courage to leave him only to have him come after her. That happens so much in real life.

Barry has found out about Jane but not that Nathan is his brother. He's going to plotz!!! Tall, good looking and successful vs. short, bald loser Barry. I really don't like this plot though. There's no earthly reason why Roy couldn't tell Pat about Jane. Jane is past history, Pat would certainly understand. It will be far worse when she finds out Roy has been lying. And I think that Jane, even though she's dying, is being a manipulative bitch. Nathan isn't any better. He doesn't mind being Roy's son when he wants something but doesn't want anything to do with Roy otherwise.

Phil now knows Louise is his baby. Now i understand Mark's reluctance to trust Phil, of course i do but i think Mark is being unneccessarily harsh and stubborn, Phil seems to be trying to be reasonable about wanting visitation. An hour a week when you live across the road isn't fair. If Mark bent a little, like LIsa seems to want to do, be flexible, there wouldnt' be all this drama and upset. Well we wouldn't have a show then would we? lol! Peggy is instigating things as well. Jeez she's pushy!

Well to understand about Mark you have to understand the history farther back, but what the heck, you started when you did, and I can't remember most of it if I ever knew.
Barry tho' is a different story, I know he's annoying but I feel so *sorry* for Barry, he's so good-hearted and innocently resilient, and he is constantly put down, let down and kept in the dark; and his father makes such a poor fist of concealing the fact he's a big disappointment to him.

You don't know about the "girlfriend" who not only dropped him flat but ripped him off to the tune of tens of thousands, and decamped to Brazil. Of course the whole thing had only ever been a financial scam, which made it even more of a downer for him.
And suffice it to say the pattern continues.

Barry was ripped off for thousands or Roy was? Oh i do blame Roy for not telling Barry and no i don't know the history and i do understand the sympathy. Roy obviously didn't just start treating Barry like dirt under his shoe.

Don't really understand Mark and Phil's history but i would imagine there's justification. However, on the surface of things, Phil seems to be trying to be reasonable. No i wouldn't trust him as far as i could throw him either LOL
