I have finally got back to the gym. I went on the weekend and my back suffered a bit for a couple of days but wasn't too bad today. Just aches and pains of getting back into it. Today was my first workday back to it and i was sort of looking for an excuse but the bad weather held off so i had none and went. I plan to go on Tuesday and Thursday after work and once on the weekend. If the walking isn't too bad, i'll try to fit in a couple of walks on the way home from work as well. I stopped going when i got back from the trip in November because i was so sick and then in January, i couldn't face the crowds. No more excuses. I got there by about 4:15 and it wasn't busy at all though it did pick up by 5. That gives me a good crack at the cardio machines at least. The weather had got worse during the hour and a half that i was in there, though, with snow blowing around.

One of my best friends is going to try selling Tupperware so i am going to host a party for her to help her get started. We'll see how it goes.
