In and out of the doctor's office fairly quickly. Helps that i booked the first appointment after lunch :) Nothing she can do about my back, time heals. Liver numbers up which is still puzzling her. She's going to cut back on my BP meds a bit more and check that again in 2 weeks but the BP today was really good. I forgot to get a note for work though. If they really want it i can get it when i go back in 2 wk.

Picked up the dress, looks fine. Didn't try it on yet. Picked up a "few" groceries. $57 later....

Picked up a parcel at the Post office, two books i'd won on eBay, one is an autobiography of an ex-Corrie Star, Lynn Perrie who played Ivy. supposed to be quite sensational and probably more than not totally exaggerated but should be a fun if unbelievable read. Also got a biography of Julie Goodyear who played Bet Gilroy. Both brand new with photos! :)

Stopped in to Mom's afterwards and got a chance to see Gary for a hug before Sis and Gary headed out to Yarmouth! As Mom said, everytime Gary sees me i'm sick! LOL

Home to ice down my back and rest it.

Im sorry about the docs appointment.My bro in laws in the middle of tryin to get his back operated on..he's been off work for a year..waiting for someone to give him the thumbs up...but now, theyve lost his chart..
its very frustrating for him..
youre grocery comment sounds like me.....Im silly enough to go into the store when Im hungry.....*cringe*..

I go over to ebay and try to figure it out..it all seems soo scary.
that pay pal thing..is that difficult to set up?

I didn't expect the doctor to do anything about my back. It *is* improving slowly and really, it just takes time. I only went there for a renewal on a prescription and check on the bloodwork anyway.

Paypal was a bit fiddly to set up but it seems to work ok. Was a bit leery of it at first but millions of people use it and it seems to be pretty safe. YOu can set it up to debit out of your bank account or off your credit card.
