Oct. 9th, 2003 08:17 amIt's Thursday. It feels like a very long week for some reason. Maybe because i'm not as busy at work this week, sort of in between waiting for the next round of enhancements about which i should find out today.
I have discovered that i have my computer chairs adjusted to high and have lowered the seat down a few inches. My back is feeling loads better, just a twinge now and then, and i realized when it was hurting more that it hurt the most when i stood up from sitting down (or lying down) yet it didn't hurt when i got off the bus. The bus seats are lower.
What a difference a couple of inches makes ;))))

But seriously, D when he had back problems got told that it was from years of sitting in the car, not even an inch off kilter cause of the uniform & attachemnts on the belt, which with all the car driving was oh, maybe a good 6 hours of the shift.. cause his pelivs to be "misaligned" and that really contributed to back problems. Along with walking a certain way so that now he has orthotics in his shoes..

Another reason for male back problems is the fact that they sit on their wallet.... puts the whole back outta whack.
