The longest week

Is invariably the week before you have a week off. On top of that i haven't had a lot to do what with waiting for one person or another to get back to me before i can proceed further with what i'm doing. Ah, i do have to meet with some people tomorrow morning and that hopefully should push the next phase of this project into production before i go on Vacation at the end of the week which also means i'll have to chunter around to a remote office for a demo/training session unless i can talk someone else into doing it. It's within the realms of possibility i think.

Off to the bookstore later for a good browse. I feel justified in buying more books because i've got through about half of the ones i bought in the months leading up to the summer. I did promise myself i wouldnt' buy more until i read them all but .. *shrug* They call me! What can i do! LOL I do need a paper back for the plane next week and i have a 5 dollar coupon as well :)

Oh, did i not say? Next week am flying to Toronto for a few days. Meeting a group of women for a "chick" dinner downtown and then on the bus up to Peterborough to stay with some net friends in a B&B that is on a farm. One of the gals is in Canada from Australia with her two teens and another is flying in from Manitoba. There will be a larger group converging on the weekend from the Southern Ontario-Ottawa area, most of which i have met in person before but a few new hands to shake finally including the Aussie. Yay!
