Sep. 5th, 2002 07:14 pmWell, just caught up on all the Live Journal friends entries, journeying from philosophy to weddings to car stories to a lovely thread about food and chocolate which has unfortunately spurred my craving for Thornton's chocolate with toffee bits in it. :( Short of paying exorbitant prices off the net i shall have to beg my friend Connie to bring me back some and hope she remembers. That means i won't get any until at least late October. Arse.
I'm off again tomorrow (i love this flex time schedule!). Dont' know what to do tomorrow but Saturday is the Nova Scotia International Air show at the air base here. The RAF Red Arrows are flying as well as Canada's military precision flying squad, the Snowbirds. Very cool screensaver on the Red Arrows site but it's HUGE, 20mg. so be warned. I love the jets and the fighter jets and i haven't gone to the show in a few years so the time is right and i think the weather is supposed to cooperate. Top Gun? Tom Cruise can go pound sand, i'll take the Tomcats (F14) any day! (although the volleyball scene was quite...erm...fanciful!)
