Spent the morning with the Java team trying to slog our way through a mini project that is meant to bridge the gap between the last course and the next one which is June 7. I do realize that you have to learn the long way before you can learn the short way but it's very confusing sometimes. It's an uphill battle and i know some people catch on to stuff faster than others. .... where's that cookie? i think i need a sugar rush ;)

New work computer is basically set up, odds and ends that need tweaking as they pop up. Boy is the keyboard ever some quiet!

Have been doing some decorating on my web site. Gramie did some new buttons and animated gifs for me (thanks, hon) so of course when you have new carpet, it makes the walls look dingy doesn't it? I'm painting and fussing with the fixtures and fittings at least for my main pages. The individual travelogue pages probably won't change much. I may remove some old stuff as well, stuff that's buried deeper anyway or out of date. Should start a template for my travelogue for July's trip as well. a work in progress..

Ooh thanks Ange. _aod made me a new version of my Welcome gif on my website and i've change the font to something pretty similar to the one in it as per suggestion from zoo_music_girl though sometimes the font in the native browser may change it on you. Have changed my dark pink headers to ones matching the gif. Still not sure i like that, might change them to match the orange buttons cause i'm not sure i'm keen on the Pink headers against the blue. Still working on it......Suggestions welcome.

Update: changed the pink to an orangey yellow and i think it works well. Nice and bright and cheery. Thanks Ange again!
