It's about to be Friday afternoon. I have exactly ZERO ambition.

Might see Meet the Fokkers this weekend with my movie buddy but i also want to see Phantom of the Opera since we didn't have time to see it when i was over in Manchester. They're playing it in the last free standing movie theatre left in Halifax, the Oxford Theatre, which is very cool of them. All the rest of the theatres are in cinema complexes. I wanna go sit in the balcony and watch it from there!

Also need to clear my apartment. The suitcase needs putting away. The box of Christmas decorations that i didn't use needs to be stored. The rolls of wrapping paper need a place out of the way and my Christmas cards need putting somewhere. I generally do save them for a year so i can see if i missed anyone off my list for the next year. Or if i can purge any names of people i haven't heard from in some time. There may be some though that i will still send cards to anyway.

Got word one of my elderly aunties was taken very ill last night and is in hospital this morning having various heart procedures i think. Not all of the details are clear yet. She's 88. Most of my aunts and uncles on Dad's side of the family are getting to advanced ages as he and his twin are the youngest so i suppose it's something you start to get yourself prepared for.

Hmm... 1 o'clock. Lunch is over.
