wyndancyr, psychfringeand teaone. Wyn, Cin, Claire and um... Jen? they're going to see a performance of the Vagina Monologues at Dalhousie University tonight. I didn't fancy it but i did get my errands done and joined them as did teaone. We rolled out of the restaurant and parted ways, they to the uni and Tam and i to the Halifax Ale House to meet her husband hello_city for a guinness before coming home.
When i got here i realized that though i had set the timer on the vcr to tape The Bill and Bad Girls that we are now getting on Showcase, I didn't turn the damn thing off so it didn't tape! aaaaghh! I've only seen a few of the shows but i really like them. The Bill is a long time BBC police drama and i think we're getting season 16 or 17, something like that. Bad Girls is about a women's prison and can be pretty brutal but it's very good just the same. That's in season 3 but at the rate of 5 episodes a week i figure we'll be through all 5 or 6 seasons in no time. I'm still just getting the characters straight and i've only seen 3 episodes so far because i have to remember to turn the tv on right away when i get home from work and when i do that, i am in the habit of watching the soaps i taped in the daytime. Anyway... I missed taping it today, bugger.
