Over the weekend, a high school basketball team experienced an awful tragedy. The mini bus that was carrying the team home from a game fish tailed on the road and slammed into a large truck, and 7 of the players and the coach's wife were killed. Bad road conditions are to blame. Nobody's fault. In the snow where the car went off the road, people have erected a couple of basketball nets, with flowers. The photo with this article really strikes me as poignant and in my mind, should be one of the news photos of the year.
