Extra long weekend for me. I've booked tomorrow off and am going to rent a car. I'm going to drive up to Moncton on Sunday over night to see my "bestie" and come back via a visit to another friend in Amherst on Monday afternoon. I am going to do a bit of shopping tomorrow, groceries, and I think i'll start figuring out what i can fit in the freezer so i can pre-cook a few things. That will save me the trouble when i'm off recovering from the surgery and maybe also I'll have some larger items like a whole lasagna or a casserole when G. comes over.

Must see what movies are on this weekend. Note to self, charge camera batteries.

There are loads of transport vans outside my window again today. Apparently KISS is playing the Metro Centre tonight. Mostly all you see are roadies milling about but sometimes you spot one of the performers. I'm sure i spotted Geddy Lee when Rush was setting up the other week.
