I Hate Printers

Printers and i have always had what amounts to an armed truce. This stupid piece of plastic has now stopped working. Well it wasn't before, said it was out of ink. Bought more ink and soaked the cartridge in rubbing alcohol thinking it might be plugged. But it's still not printing out of the new black cartridge or the cyan one i popped in though it does do vague colour out of the other two ink tanks (Canon, it has separate colour tanks). The printer is about 18 months old and i don't know what to do with the flaming thing besides junk it. If i have to buy a whole new print head cartridge, i might as well buy a new printer. gah...

Darling, I think it's just hardware you have problems with...first it was modems, now printers.

You may be right, though *knock on wood* my scanner has been a workhorse!
