You know, i think all apartments should have a keypad entry system. or ... voice recognition or something. You know, for when you go to the laundry room *without* your keys and the door closes behind you. urgh... Luckily i had passed the superintendent when i came in a few minutes earlier so i knew where he was.

I sat down to the computer to check email before i watched my corrie tape and saw my note on the monitor...Ooops i better get down to Tracey's to feed the dog and let her out. She's been tied in the basement all night! Poor doggy is probably down there with her legs crossed. But if she didn't manage it, the basement is ok. Better than the living room rug lol Tracey said she probably would make a mess out of spite but i didn't smell anything untoward when i went down to get her. Dog fed, watered and outside on her lead. Cat inside and fed. It's a really perfect almost summer day. Warm, little breeze, no humidity. Why can't all summer be like that! I picked a few lilacs off Tracey's tree in payment :) now my apartment smells lovely.

Have my laundry on, think i'll go for a walk later and maybe sit at the lake around the corner from me for a little while as well.

I love lilacs, they have to be my favourite flower. I remember my grandmother used to have trees in her front yard and I'd often take some. Too bad there wasn't one growing onto my balcony, it'd sure beat the smell of city air any day.

Tulips are probably my favourite flower but lilac does smell lovely.
