tvordljIt's warmer out today than it has been for awhile though the wind is still chilly. Even so, i don't think it was quite mild enough for shorts but that's what i saw a guy wearing as i was waiting for the bus. He got off at my stop, had bare legs, shorts, a tshirt with a thin vest over it. I can't recall but i wouldn't have been surprised if he'd been wearing sandals too. (no socks, but socks and sandals is a no no even in winter! LOL!) I recall seeing he had tattoos on his legs so perhaps he was airing them out or something lol
Went to Block buster to rent Ray but they were all out in spite of their guarantee lol That's ok. I got a few others but man they're expensive there aren't they? my corner shop carries dvd's but not a great variety. Anyway i got Garden State, Luther and We Don't Live Here Anymore. Garden State is a bit quirky, about an actor who comes home for his mother's funeral. There's family baggage there and there is a quirky free spirited young woman. Luther is about Martin Luther and how he rebelled against the Catholic church, starting the world on the Protestant religion in the early 1500's. Ralph Fiennes is in that one. The other one is about two couples, one of each having an affair with each other. Have them all for a week so no rush and BB doesn't have late charges anymore anyway.
Went to pick up some groceries and as always spent more than i planned but i got a variety of microwave meals that i can take for lunches to work. I really want to try to do that more often because it is so much cheaper. Bought a few things to make Wyn's maple curry chicken pasta too some time this week. aghhhh didn't get the cream. I can run to the corner store for that when i go to make it.
I got two loads of laundry done and put away and my dishes done too and i did a little painting on my latest creation as well though it still needs a lot of work.
