I've been interviewed by
swanofkennet
1. If you were to be left on a desert island for the rest of your life with just one piece of music, one book and one luxury, which of each would you choose and why?
Book: Probably Outlander by Diana Gabaldon (Cross Stitch in the UK)
Luxury: Digital SLR with all the lenses so i'd have something to do and providing i got rescued, something to show for it :)
Music: That's a hard one. I never get tired of Bohemian Rhapsody so i guess that one.
2. Which day in your life had the most profound effect on you and why?
I really don't know if i could narrow it down to a single day. So many things happen, you discover and learn so many things and they all shape you and i can't really point to even one event or thing that i could say affected me so profoundly.
3. In your childhood, which adult other than your parents did the most to shape your futuree and how?
That would probably be my grade 9 homeroom teacher, Ralph Dockrill who introduced me to Shakespeare and British History, both of which i've always loved ever since. It turned my interest to all things British and when i was finally able to travel, the UK was the first place i went. It's probably why i was so interested in Coronation Street and because of that, i've met so many wonderful friends in so many places, *and* through a mutual Corrie friend, i met

4. What is your greatest regret?
Not leaving my marraige sooner. I won't say i regret getting married even though it turned out badly because it also taught me to stand up for myself a lot more. And maybe leaving sooner wouldn't have done that but by the time i did, after 5 years, it definitely did the trick.
5. Which single sentence would you most like to appear in your obituary?
She was surrounded in life by loving friends and family.
****************************************
1 -- Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2 -- I will respond; I'll ask you five questions, the content of which will depend on who you are!
3 -- You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 -- You'll include this explanation.
5 -- You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed.
Don't know if i'll be able to think of clever questions like she did for me but i'll try if you feel up to the challenge
