In the House where we lived
Jan. 8th, 2003 01:05 pmMy sister
sammantha wrote today (or here if the duplicate is gone) about the house where we grew up. It was a three bedroom bungalow with a basement, kitchen, bathroom and living room, no dining room. She writes about dreaming about the house. I do too. But almost always in my dreams, i'm in the house but i know i'm not supposed to be there because someone else lives in it now. I don't dream about the structural changes the new owners have made and most things look more or less the same but it's not "our" house anymore and i know it. Weird eh?

zoo_music_girl's photo it looks just like Canada! Last year after a snowfall like that i went out and took some photos around the lake near me.

Date: 2003-01-08 12:39 pm (UTC)But we always have the most temperate weather in England here in St.Albans.
They have a thick blanket in London, and Essex and Kent and on the hills abut 3 miles north of us- {horses in snowy field in nearby village Wheathampstead was on Tv]-but here it has hardly settled. Melted and then refrozen on the windscreen instead. And our pond is frozen hard, so I've had to put down drink for the cat.
