tvordljI took the insoles out of my new trainers so that my current 3/4 orthotics will go in properly and now the shoes are making the most god awful creaking and groaning! I hope they won't be like that with the full size orthotics!
ETA: The noise appears to be the orthotics, not the shoe. Hopefully the proper full ones won't rattle so much lol these old ones are pretty worn out. They're probably not doing me much good at all so i could just go back to the normal new insoles until the others arrive.
