Dawn French Rocks

I just caught most of the documentary that Dawn French made a few years ago about fat women and it *always* inspires me! She talks about the image of fat women today and in the past, prejudices and advantages we fat chicks have. It's very positive and if you ever get a chance to see it, do! I'm going to tape it one of these days if i manage to catch it from the beginning again. You turn it off after thinking "I am going to *strut my stuff* today! " :o)

FAB meeting with the LJ girls! wyndancyr has posted photos Here. Sis and i got there first and snagged a good table, then sendingsmiles arrived. Browncoweyes came in and was looking around and i was pretty sure i knew it was her so caught her eye. Relief flashed across her face that someone recognized her LOL Everyone else drifted in shortly and we had lunch, photos and lots of laughs. I love meeting online folk face to face, they're always as great as they are online and this was no different. :)

Stopped in and managed to find a bra that fit so i bought three! LOL! got two for 39.99 and the other was the usual 34 $ but that should do me for awhile and i can get rid of that skanky old black one that pokes in my arm all the time. bought a black one, a cream coloured one and a new white one.

Boy did it ever get hot out this afternoon! Quite warm sitting waiting for the bus, i've got pink arms and nose!

Ok, anyway i'm off to the cinema for Republic of Love
