Feb. 16th, 2005 12:51 pmI can't believe i've gone a few more training sessions and worked on this java project without tearing my hair out. They say at some point, something just clicks into place. That may have happened but i didn't hear the snap. Well i did, but i thought it was my last nerve. ;) That doesn't mean that it's all making perfect sense all the time, mind you. But some of it does some of the time and the fellow we have here as a mentor is very good at explaining it when i've got my wires crossed.
Neck and shoulders have been tight a lot lately. Don't know if it's the new computer chair i bought for home or if it's the "water" pillow i've been sleeping on. Lower back seems to have the occaisional threatening type of warning pains but it never comes to any fruition. Mainly i think it's leftover from the last time it gave me some grief a month ago. I have a shoulder and neck massage scheduled for tomorrow though and i should do that more often.
Asian noodle soup for lunch. Yummmmm. I must find out what spice they put in it that has a bit of heat. It's not curry and i don't think it's red pepper but it might be. Maybe it's very tiny chilis like what was in the Thai food the other week. Another cafe here makes curry apple chicken soup and it's amazing. I am going to try to make it myself. I've saved the carcass from a cooked chicken i bought the other week so i can make the stock from scratch too.
Back to the training class......see yer tonight.
