Cue the Twilight Zone music

Ok, the ESP kicked in again today. I was thinking of a couple i know in Newfoundland. I haven't seen them online in quite some time and i was thinking i should call sometime and was imagining it and in my scenario, the wife of the couple answers the phone. I know him better but i do know her as well. Anyway i just got home tonight after getting groceries with Mom and halfway through putting them away, my phone rings. It's the wife of that very couple!!! There was a reason she was calling, to see if i knew a number for the friend in Ottawa that's coming here tomorrow. She's en route to Newfoundland and was meeting them on the weekend over there. We had a nice chat though, great to hear from her!

The day at the group meeting was ok. Didn't get the reorg info as the upper management still hasn't done with it all. The buffet meal was awesome though and both breaks featured fresh fruit :) I could have had that alone! Got a lift to Mom's and was still full so i didn't have supper. Took her to Zeller's and for groceries and got my own as well. Got home, struggled to get them inside, busted a vein in my finger from the heavy grocery bags on the creases of my fingers (bruised! owie!) managed to get the shopping cart in the garage that i should have got to start with and went back out in the misty rain to get the rest. Now of course, i'm hungry so i'll have to go have toast or something before bed. See you on the other side......
