Getting back to work after time off always seems weird doesn't it? anyway Mom is doing ok and is mostly on her own but feeling a little better and stronger every day. There's a neighbour right across the street for emergencies and some of her friends and relatives are visiting today. The first couple of days that she's on her own is a bit worrying but my mind is settled down now. It's only been a week since her surgery after all.

Just three weeks until G. gets here for a visit. We're on the train to Quebec City just after. I must remind myself to contact my friend, the one we're staying with the first two nights. I also have to get the rental car sorted for when we get back. *note.... note....*
