(no subject)

Finally starting to feel like a human being and i'll be back to work tomorrow. I bit the bullet and set up my new pc which was an adventure. Had a lot of problems with popups and ads and what was probably a malware infection. I'm usually pretty careful but it did keep wanting me to install all kinds of unidentifiable crap and I must have slipped. anyway I downloaded a decent malware tool and that seems to have sorted out most of it. Still some weirdness happening with in-browser ads springing up around linked words that don't actually have links in the html. The puter won't recognize the printer, as well but when the tech guy comes over, I can get him to sort that out. He was the one that passed the death sentence on the old beast and has a device to copy my data over.  I"m sure there will be more little bits and pieces I forgot to do or install but that will come.

I've made some appointments at a local spa, one for the weekend after this coming one, to get my hair trimmed and a consult on wedding makeup and hair and have also made the appointment for our hair and makeup on the wedding morning. I need to talk to the event manager at the hotel soon, too.
