Dec. 21st, 2016 02:05 pmMy brother-in-law did ok with his surgery and is home. He's going to get his computer from work and do work at home. I guess that's fine but I would think for the first few days, he will be a bit spacy or groggy from the anasthetic and painkillers but everyone's different. He's only on Tylenol 3 (with coedine) not anything stronger so he might be ok. Maybe he will end up taking a few sick days before starting work from home and that work from home probably will be the best thing for him because he would be bored and fidgety and would be frustrated. I mentioned to my nephew that they will need extra help for CHristmas dinner which my sister still says will be at their place. I expect we'll be on the cleanup team after dinner.
Had a mammogram this morning. ouch but not too bad, actually. It's more awkward than painful. They send a letter in 3-4 weeks with the results.
