Okay then.... there's a man in Wisconsin who's mother's corpse was found, in a sitting position in a block of ice, in his freezer! He stored her there four years ago when she died, he says, of natural causes. He was afraid to tell anyone because he thought he'd be accused of her murder. He just kept collecting her social security cheques in the meantime, of course. See, he said her blood was on the walls from an attack by a cat years ago. That's why he thought he could be accused.

The story in the paper then goes on to say he's just had an armed run in with some neighbours after being accused of hitting a local kid. He did admit to this and shot the kid's father a few times. Then the SWAT teams arrived and he held them off saying he had bombs in the house. He did eventually give himself up and they did find bombs packed with nails and other metal things along with a firearm collection.

Now.

Do you believe the cat-attack story in explanation of how that "years old" blood got on the wall?

Me either.

It would be interesting to see just how old those blood splatters actually were. He says the incident with the cat took place a few years before his mother died, which was four years ago. And if they haven't cleaned the blood off walls of that house or painted in that long.... ewwww.

Don't bother with CSI, send in Kim and Aggie from How Clean is Your House? (http://www.fremantlemedia.com/page.asp?partid=14) ;-)

LOL yes ! Apparently the body in the freezer was so encased in ice, they didn't even know there was a body in there at first. They chipped away at it and found the bent knee.

That reminds me, I really must get round to defrosting the freezer element of my fridge!

Although I hasten to add, if there's a body in there I'll be most surprised, although it might explain the "clunking" noises!

I think, no I KNOW CSI would solve that in a one hour episode no problem. CSI Miami or New York might take a bit longer though.
