It's not often you see something in a cemetery that amuses you other than a clever epitaph at times. I glanced up out the bus window this morning to see how far along we were and caught a quick look as the light turned green and we pulled away from the intersection by Mount Hermon Cemetery in Dartmouth. I spied a flash of colour in the otherwise dreary (and cold!) November morning, two pumpkins on top of a headstone and two more at it's base! It made me smile. I guess the desceased must have loved Halloween :)

And you've surely heard of this headstone (http://www.snopes.com/photos/signs/headstone.asp) in Montreal...

I bet you that's Scott Zinck's grave. His family are always putting 'stuff' on it. He would have loved that. :)

I'm not sure as i thought Scott's was nearer the road, this "inland" so to speak, but i must see if i can find it next time i'm walking by there though the pumpkins won't be there by then likely.
