canislupus1 just posted about us Bluenosers, aka Nova Scotians. Where does the nickname Bluenose come from? He wondered if it was from the cold lol i suggested our famous blueberries. But it goes back farther than that to the lowly potato. http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~ecross/Locations/NS/bluenoses.htm There's the most likely explanation thank you Google. :)
