I made plans to meet someone for tea tomorrow, a meet up that has been postponed at least once or twice due to weather. Guess what? It's going to fucking snow again tomorrow!! Not as bad as last time but enough to be messy. I've emailed her and said we should check at noon and if it's not too bad, to do it anyway. If it is messy, i'll postpone the other things i wanted to do including picking up G's wedding gift and going to the post office.
Going to a movie this evening, the Second Best Marigold Hotel. Loved the first one. A bit nervous because sequels are often shit. Cast is good so it might be ok just for that. The first movie was based on a book but this one won't be, just a written-for-movies script. Still, the cast really is good and it'll probably be fine.
G. is going to shop for his frock coat today. Crossing my fingers he can find what he wants. Affleck's in Manchester ... if there isn't one there, I'd be surprised but he can order it online. Makes me nervous only for delivery time but deliver in the UK from a UK company is *usually* pretty prompt. My Woman of Honour just ordered her dress today, too and that will take a couple of weeks as it's coming from India! I usually find their deliveries good in spite of the distance so she should get it in plenty of time to have anything altered that might need doing. She's got a very good tailor at hand.
