Got home after work, after feeling frustrated and miserable about my back, but when i got off the bus it felt better for some reason. I had had a cold pack on it just before i left so that might have helped. Had a burst of energy and tossed out four bags of stuff from the fridge, freezer and what was already in the garbage bin. Then i ended up on my knees cleaning out the bottom of the fridge around the crisper drawer which i had taken out and washed as well. And i did the freezer since it was empty. That was easy, standing up straight. Yes i was careful when i did the bottom. Still need to do shelves and stuff but will give that a miss for now. And now there's a mess all over the floor so when the splatters dry up i can sweep it but it needs washing as well. Will do that on the weekend. Carefully. Have a new mop though so should be ok! Wow what a difference a couple of hours seems to have made. Problem is my back feels good for awhile then doesn't. I don't know. It drives me nuts.

Enough whining. I"m sure you're all sick of it. I know i am lol

I found another Corrie fan right in my own office! One of the men this time, he and his wife watch it. Seems this serial killer storyline is bringing them out of the woodwork and it's great! Can't talk him into coming to a ping though ! I'll work on it :D The storyline is going to peak next week so Thanksgiving Sunday is the Sunday "omnibus" showing with it all. Oooh i must get Sue's tape ready to mail too.

Boy, doesn't it take ages to do things when your back hurts? I finally HAD to go to the grocery store on Tuesday, and I brought the bags in from the car one at a time instead of carrying four or five as usual. Took me ages! The other thing I don't like is that any pain reliever makes me feel like I am in a coma, so I have been staggering around in a daze for a week and a half. Oh well, hopefully we will both be fighting fit by the time you get to Victoria, huh? :D

perhaps you would have more good days if you didn't do marathon housework whenever your back felt semi okay. :P

I know, i know lol but it wasn't really "marathon"... and i was careful, honest i was! Most of what i did was just take stuff out and put it in bags. /excuse /excuse ...... ;)
