Quick update

Got the ferry from Nanaimo via the bus from same. Crossing was calm and chilly, spent a lot of time outside even so. Ferry left late, arrived even later but the woman that got on the bus after boarding the ferry lent me her cell phone to call Linda. There, i feel better at least that she knows i'm late. I hate hate hate being late when someone's waiting. Got all my bags up the steps to the skytrain station and found her straight away at the terminus. On to the train which got a bit delayed part way back. So here i am in Vancouver just touching base. We're going to the zoo tomorrow and to the Vancouver Museum on Sunday and maybe the art gallery. Linda and i have that in common, we love museums and galleries :) her sister Cathy may come with us but is coming to dinner tomorrow night and possibly their other sister Sheila whom i've not seen since we were about 10.

Well the skytrain was faster than a taxi and as it turned out, free lol the ticket machine was out of order and nobody checked on the train :)

No i didn't bring my necklace, the one made of safety pins LOL i didn't bring the tunic i normally wear with it anyway.
