I been slack
Mar. 20th, 2004 06:08 pmwatched EE this morning and speculated about creepy Trevor who's stalking Mo and threatening to kill her but making sure everyone thinks she's bonkers. He sure creeps me out and no good can come of this.
Did some stuff on the computer to update some of corrie net's lists of births, deaths and marriages which needed sorting out and also did a bit of painting this afternoon as well. Had a chat on msn with a couple of folks and Josephine dropped in for 5 minutes to drop off a pair of trousers i bought. They were supposed to be like loosish leggings, i wanted them for around the house and for the gym. They ended up being wide leg all the way down so i got out the sewing machine and tapered the legs in. Much better now.
Answered email, did laundry.... now it seems like it's 6 o'clock and i've not been out of the house all day!
Brand new kettle. the plug fits in it loosely so keeps disconnecting. Frigging around with it and had dad try too but it's no good. And today it sizzled and snapped so i unplugged it sharpish and went back to my old kettle instead. Of course i don't have the receipt for it so i can't take it back. *sigh* Think i will still get another kettle but not one with a removeable cord this time.
Painting tomorrow.
Work again on Monday. so soon. :( But i finally have a friday off next week and the week after is our first course. Mom and Dad are off to Arizona next weekend too so i'll go out there for a night or two and use the car same with the weekend after.
