Fancy Footwork

Dropped into the chiropractor's this morning cause my foot is still quite sore. I had to take the orthotic out of that shoe. Anyway he had a look and an examine and said the foot has definitely changed and the arch is fallen a bit more. The orthotic is already providing 100% correction so what he did was sell me a soft orthotic, not specially made. it provides some support but also some give rather than the hard plastic. This is only temporary. I need to ice my foot and not to any extra walking until it calms itself down a bit and then can try to reintroduce my proper orthotic a little at a time. He could refit me for a new set of orthotics with a bit more flexible sole for the one foot if i want. The softer one isn't too bad at the present. I will definitely get the ice pack out tonight too. I had actually thought about that this morning before i saw him.

Java geeking went well this morning. Got other crises to attend to this aft.

Cold Feet

Sitting here with my bare foot on an icy cold gel pack. This better work is all i can say.
