Of Tea Parties and Traffic Jams

What a wonderful afternoon we had! First we discovered the er.. joys .. of the shopping mall in Milton Keynes which seemed to go on forever but we had awesome subs at that Quiznos or something. They toast them under the grill instead of the microwave.

Made our way to the lovely home of sushidog for her Vicarage Tea party which was attended by an assortment of Goths. I felt rather colourful as i was wearing a bright blue and yellow blouse! I should have known better but all my black tops were sleeveless and i thought it would be a bit cold. I met quite a few people whose names i have seen on the LJ's of my friends and one or two that are in fact on my own flist already. The baked goods were delicious and the company delightful. Hester was as i'm sure always is, a generous and entertaining hostess. After far too much caffiene and sugar carbs, we all got quite silly and i have only one thing to say about that... Watch out for the moths. ;) You've been warned! heh heh heh

The traffic on the M1 and M25 coming home was very slow moving and heavy but the road music was good and sparked our conversation along the way.
