(no subject)

What a shitty, shitty miserable day out there!!!! It snowed most of yesterday, wet and slippery. It did more last night along with ice and rain. The power went off in the middle of the night, though i didn't know until the smoke alarm beeped about 5:30 when it came back on. Ice pellets are periodically tapping on my window like gravel and the window panes are rattling in the casements, the wind howling and blowing freezing rain in great gusts of wet, cold misery. The driving and walking looks dangerously treacherous and i foresee another day of hibernation ahead of me along with possibly a nice hot bubble bath. Sadly i have no more Lush bath bombs or bubble bath bars but do have some Avon bubble bath somewhere. So far the cable and internet is working, i have video and dvd's should i want them and i have a thick book i'm working my way through. Need to watch my Corrie tape from this morning and call Tracey to let her know what she missed the first half. Could be worse. I could have to go to work this morning.

Yikes, i tried to post that at 10:52 and the internet is in fact not working lol not really surprised. It was earlier. Oh well... Corrie tape it is then.

And we're back for the moment :) yay!!!
