Slang is interesting isn't it? One word can mean different things in different cultures. This quiz/meme had a few things that i didn't know at all and a couple of questions where i would have put in a word that wasn't one of the choices at all so i just guessed or picked a likely candidate. There were two that were obviously Canadian references but they aren't slang, they're "pop" culture i guess you could say. I wouldn't say "timbit" was slang, it's the actual product name and "double double" ... is a short cut way of saying something really what you would term "slang"? Some of those have transcended into such common use that they've become proper terms i.e. "P.C." for your computer
Slang... idioms, derogatory terms, abbreviations, nicknames, and some of them are quite inventive. What are some of your favourite slang words for things? I'm quite fond of "Knickers" and of course the ever-Canadian "Buddy" that you use when referring to someone you don't know (but not necessarily talking *to* a stranger, but about one). i.e. Buddy driving the bus says to me...
