Feb. 13th, 2008 06:55 amGonna be a messy day out there today. Snow, ice pellets, freezing rain and then rain. *sigh*
Tomorrow at work, the finance department is holding a book swap so I can get rid of a big bag of paperbacks that have been stacking up here. I absolutely will not throw away a book even if it's not one i'll ever read again. My friend Carole used to come go through the box but she's gone now. Mom takes a few but we don't always have the same tastes and I could take them to a second hand book shop. I just never seem to get around to it. This will be good. I may get books in exchange but even if i don't, they have a little library so they'll still go to a good home.
Good working at the gym yesterday but my back was a bit achy so i took a pink Lush bubble bath last night. Yay for pink!
Had a day long training session yesterday about rights and respect in the workplace. Interesting. Also, lunch was provided and that was quite good. (held in a hotel).
